Not satisfied with your purchase? Of course you can EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT (except for personalized products)

Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
The products purchased on our website have a 15-day exchange or return period from the shipment of the product to its destination.

 TO REQUEST A CHANGE

To request a change send us an email to cambios@maquisandco.com indicating:

1. Please provide us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the item you wish to receive. We will reply within 24/48 hours confirming whether the exchange is possible and the steps to follow.

2. The product can be changed for another size or item from this website for an equal or higher amount free of charge (only the first exchange is free) except on Black Friday (from November 19 to 26, 2023) when the exchange management has a cost of €5.5 in courier costs from the first exchange.

3. We will deliver the new product or size to you and the previous one will be collected at the same time.

4. In the event that the exchange is for a lower amount, this amount will be credited in a code to be used for future purchases. If desired, a refund of the difference can be requested, assuming in this case the €5.50 management costs for the collection and new delivery. Except on Black Friday (from November 19 to 26, 2023), the difference will only be paid using a code on the website for future purchases.

 

 
TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. You can request a refund of the product and receive a refund for the product (not the shipping costs)
2. We will make said refund as soon as the product reaches our offices and we check its condition within a maximum period of 15 days from when we receive it.
3.The return shipping costs The cost of the product will be borne by the customer, and the customer may send it to our offices or ask us to collect it with our courier (cost of €5.50) or take it to a post office with the code that will be assigned to them (€5.50). These amounts will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
4. If you choose the IN-STORE CREDIT option when processing the return, you will be assigned a code for the full amount (WE DO NOT CHARGE COLLECTION COSTS) to use on a future purchase.
 

*They remain excluded from return Orders placed on DAKO travel bags that have requested customization of the product as well as any of our products that you have requested to be customized.

*They remain excluded from return those products that are not delivered in perfect condition as delivered and/or without the cardboard label attached.

 

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
You can request a refund for the product, receiving the refund as soon as the product reaches our offices. return shipping costs of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, providing us with the shipping address.

 

Rest of Europe:
You can request a refund for the product and receive the refund as soon as the product arrives at our offices. The management of the return shipment of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, providing us with the shipping address.
