RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not satisfied with your purchase? Of course you can EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT (except for personalized products)
The products purchased on our website have a 15-day exchange or return period from the shipment of the product to its destination.
To request a change send us an email to cambios@maquisandco.com indicating:
1. Please provide us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the item you wish to receive. We will reply within 24/48 hours confirming whether the exchange is possible and the steps to follow.
2. The product can be changed for another size or item from this website for an equal or higher amount free of charge (only the first exchange is free) except on Black Friday (from November 19 to 26, 2023) when the exchange management has a cost of €5.5 in courier costs from the first exchange.
3. We will deliver the new product or size to you and the previous one will be collected at the same time.
4. In the event that the exchange is for a lower amount, this amount will be credited in a code to be used for future purchases. If desired, a refund of the difference can be requested, assuming in this case the €5.50 management costs for the collection and new delivery. Except on Black Friday (from November 19 to 26, 2023), the difference will only be paid using a code on the website for future purchases.

*They remain excluded from return Orders placed on DAKO travel bags that have requested customization of the product as well as any of our products that you have requested to be customized.
*They remain excluded from return those products that are not delivered in perfect condition as delivered and/or without the cardboard label attached.
